Drilling Supervisor (PHE02002)

Job Description

Responsible to supervise, review and control drilling operations, completion and well testing in support of Production and Exploration operations. Also to provide required advices to Drilling Engineering, in order to ensure all drilling operations are conducted within safe, environmental-friendly, effective, and efficient manner.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in the usage of equipment and drilling systems in offshore environment
• Must be able to keep abreast with new techniques and equipment
• Must have capability to conduct objective analysis of drilling problems and facilitate issues between departments in order to provide solutions and practical judgment
• Strong personality and has good communication skills and supervisory skill
• Good command in Reading, Writing and Speaking in English

Snubbing Unit Superintendent (PHE02006)

Job Description

Responsible to plan, coordinate and monitor execution of well repair program as well as providing well repair resources (such as personnel, material, equipment), in order to ensure their execution in line with drilling and workover strategy and schedule, effective and efficient cost and safety, and environment standard.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the well repair activities with at least 5 years in managing operations
• Well experienced on both of well integrity and well services operations with adequate knowledge of platform process integrity
• Well experienced on supervising of drilling operation & also as a drilling engineer
• Certified in Well Control from a recognized training authority (Essential)
• Master on the Work Over and Drilling Operations Expertise (Essential)
• Have communication skills in English (Both written and spoken), time management skills (Essential)
• Have high Safety awareness (Essential)
• Have knowledge in HSE management of contracts & Incident Investigation
• Have knowledge of DIM’s & Compass

Inventory Supervisor (PHE02008)

Job Description

Responsible to coordinate, review and integrate database of equipment, materials, and supplies needed by operations, drilling and projects through the inventory system mechanism, review write-off proposal for further approval and coordinate material transfer process, in order to ensure maximum service level and optimum working capital in support of projects, operations and drilling activities.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree from Engineering or any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in oil and gas industry, especially in material/logistic operation
• Have relevant experiences as logistic operation supervisory roles
• Possess knowledge of oil and gas material and understands logistic practices and procedures
• Familiar with Government regulation related to logistic operations
• Have good interpersonal & supervisory skill
• Complete understanding of inventory and overall supply chain
• Good knowledge and & skill in system and computer
• Have strong analytical skills and possess a strong personality in order to optimize self-development

Shorebase Supervisor (PHE02009)

Job Description

Responsible to directly supervise, review and control all shorebase operations activities, covering jetty and warehouse operations; prepare readiness of material to be written off, and coordinate with Shorebase Team Leader, in order to ensure safe, secure, effective and efficient shorebase operation in accordance with company’s regulations and standards as well as business needs.

Job Requirement

• Academy Degree in relevant Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry, especially in warehouse/logistic operations
• Have knowledge in Warehouse and Inventory Operation, Port Operation, general and special port, Stevedoring operation, transportation, loading/offloading, stowage plan, ISO-14001, SSOW, Driving Safety, Lifting safe operation
• Good in English communication both verbal and writing
• Computer Literate & understand Oracle inventory system
• Good in English communication (verbal and written)
• Have good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical skills and business objectives
• Willing to work at remote locations & ready to work beyond working days

Workover Supervisor (PHE02010)

Job Description

Responsible to supervise, review and control workover program as well as providing workover resources (such as personnel, material, equipment, rig), in order to ensure their execution in line with workover strategy and schedule, effective and efficient cost and safety, and environment standard.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Civil or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the workover activities in offshore environment
• Well experienced on both of well integrity operations with adequate knowledge of platform process integrity

Wireline Supervisor (PHE02011)

Job Description

Responsible to supervise and control equipments, materials and services of well work activities in Wireline and Electric Line operations as well as availability and quality of contractors’ personnel capability, in order to ensure completeness of work requirement, continuity of Wireline operation, as well as proper handling of well problems in emergency situation, in line with drilling & completion policy, well services procedure.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in Wireline activities
• Must possess an advanced level of experience, judgment, leadership, and practical knowledge of Wireline & Electric Line operation including the coverage of the Well Intervention Policy as well
• Have strong analytical thinking and practical judgment, also strong HSE sensitivity, behavior, and understanding
• Able to lead groups, work with peers, and communicate/influence with others, facilitate issues between departments and bring to resolution
• Willing to work 1 to 1 offshore schedule
