Job Description :
- Responsible for the activities of incoming and outgoing Raw Material, Production Material, Finish Goods according to documents up to coordinate the inventory and compare with the systems and comply with procedures and standard ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- To cross-checks of actual incoming and outgoing document according to information from logistics operators to ensure there were no differences (type of goods, quantity and batch number)
- To input into the system SAP according the document incoming and outgoing of goods
- Transfer material in system SAP accordance with the requirements of the Production Department
- Coordinate implementation Finish Goods shipments to distributors and other warehouse
- Coordinate the implementation of daily stock Raw Material, Production Material and Finish Goods
- Compare stock between system SAP and actual stock and doing initial analysis if there any differences in stock
Qualifications :
- Diploma degree in Accounting or Engineering
- Has 2 – 3 years of experience in warehouse activities preferably in manufacturing company
- Familiar with SAP system
- Proactive, good time management, well organized and good administrative skill
- High commitment and integrity
- Good communication in English
