Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT-9-JS)
Kalimantan or Sumatera
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all technical activities of exploration and exploitation is done in accordance with SOP
  • Examine and approve mandatory periodical report submitted to Dinas Pertambangan
  • Ensuring the implementation of health & safety issues around the mine in accordance with good mining practice
  • Monitor and evaluate progress of coal production
  • Ensuring the achievement of production targets of the company
  • Responsible and ensure all mining activity running well and comply with all government regulations and procedures at the site
  • In charge of health safety and environment and prepare mining, safety and environment report

Requirements:
  • Male, Maximum 45 years old
  • Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 (five) years in managerial level (KTT)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Mine Engineering or equivalent
  • Posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama), POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) and POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificates or KTT certification
  • Understand mining safety and environment (K3)
  • Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
  • Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target
  • Manage and control all civil work, construction and land compensation
  • Well understanding about mining operation (facility/equipment/man power)
  • Able to make project budget preparation and control

Pit Geologist (PG-2-JS)
Kalimantan or Sumatera
Responsibilities:
  • Generate plans, cross sections, coal quality analyses and reserves data.
  • Interpret the above geological data to determine where there are anomalies in the data and to determine where additional data is required in order to improve mining efficiency
  • Inspecting on a daily basis all aspect of the mining operation and reporting result
  • Monitor all overburden mining to ensure that the coal is not damaged or removed to the dumps in error and to record tectonic and sedimentary features that will influence later mining
  • Ensure that coal designated for production is properly prepared for subsequent mining
  • Give information of the available stocks and qualities of the coal available in the pits
  • Provide maximum geological input into the weekly and monthly mine plans

Requirements:
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in coal geology exploration / mining
  • Graduate geology from a recognised Tertiary Institution
  • Good understanding of coal quality parameters and practical geology
  • Advanced knowledge of Mincom /Minex software
  • Understanding of basic mining methods and equipment capabilities
  • Initiative in all aspects of the profession
Field Geologist (FG-2-JS)
Kalimantan or Sumatera
Responsibilities:
  • Read, understand and implement the procedures outline in the Field Procedures Manual & Pit Geologist Procedure Manual
  • Gathers field data, progressively interprets geological information and assists in planning further work or modification of the current program
  • Completes lithological chip, core and reconciled log using geophysical logs to ensure that thickness of lithological units are correct
  • Select drill core samples for laboratory testing to compile coal quality data for modeling
  • Conducts field mapping, marks coal seam outcrops and other geological features and informssurveyor to pick them up. Ensures that all available geological data are recorded

Requirements:
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in field geologist
  • Graduate geology from a recognised Tertiary Institution
  • Basic software skills in areas such as Ms Excell, Ms Words, MapInfo and AutoCad
  • Some basic understanding of the quality and properties of the coal
  • Driving License – SIM A. Driving License & off road driving experience
  • Initiative in all aspects of the profession
Exploration Superintendent (ExSpt-2-JS)
Jakarta Raya – Kalimantan or Sumatera
Responsibilities:
  • Direct and monitor the operation to achieve business goals, adhere to safety regulations and satisfy the requirements of key customers
  • Coordinate and program development plan with engineer, geologist and finance for exploration and exploitation activities
  • Monitor and control on every exploration and exploitation activities
  • Conduct project assessment to measure the need in exploration activities
  • Develop knowledge of new technologies that can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operational activities
  • Conduct an assessment to measure the potential mine based on the information from the Exploration activities
  • Conduct exploration programs and research to extend the knowledge of the structure, composition and processes of earth sciences generally, and to locate and identify mineral and coal resources
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and emergency procedures to address problem areas, adhere to agreed regulations and raise staff awareness of company’sstandards

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in from reputable university in Geology / Mining Engineer
  • Extensive experience and proven skills in coal geology exploration, ideally involving drilling operations in mining/exploration environments. As a guide the incumbent would typically possess minimum five (5) years practical experience with exposure exploration drilling operations
  • Exposure to Map Info, Map Source, AutoCAD, GPS, and Mining software like Surpac and Minscape would be an added advantage
  • A knowledge of the Global Information System (GIS) and Global Positioning System (GPS)-a locator system that uses satellites
  • Capability to create a mine plan design
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team leader and motivator,strong oral and written communication skills, inquisitive, able to think logically, and be capable of complex analytical thinking, including spatial visualization and the ability to develop comprehensive conclusions often from sparse data. Those involved in fieldwork must have physical stamina.
