QA System
Responsibilities:

• Handling Documentation System HACCP, GMP, Halal/ SJH, Internal Document (TDS,MSDS), 5 S, Unicorn program
• Handling External Legal System MD/ML
• Handling customer complain
• Handling Label specification New product, Re-design
• Handling new packaging specification
• Compile QA monthly report Certification issue, Legal issue, Complain issue
• Record QC/ QA regular meeting
• Support QA program in general
• Manage all external laboratory test related to MD/ML, SKI, HC, HACCP, Golden Unicorn and specific customer requirement
• Collect, manage and communicate with supplier related to all documents support for quality and safety program (COA, Spec, MSDS, Halal Certificate)

Requirements:

• Single
• Male/Female,Max age 28 years old, physically and mentally healthy
• Education Minimum S1/D3 Biology, Chemistry, Food technology or similar
• Fluent in English
• Minimum1 year experience and understanding the system GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and Halal
• Willing to work shift and Saturdays,and are willing to be placed anywhere (Indonesia)
