Litigation Manager Job (Auto Finance), Jakarta, Indonesia

Monroe Consulting Group is working on behalf of a leading finance company, which is seeking a high-quality individual to fill the position of Litigation Manager, to be based in Jakart, Indonesia. This respected company seeks a candidate who is trustworthy, intelligent, analytical, determined and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

• Litigation matters, including dealing with police, prosecutors and courts
• Employmentlaw/industrial relations
• Cases andlawsuits involving the Company
• Buildgood relationships with government agencies relating to litigation
• Participates in legal projects
• Keeps fully informed of all new developments in corporate legal matters, and keeps all levels of management informed of applicable new laws and of the progress and results of court cases
• As required, supplements in-house legal staff by carefully selected outside legal assistance, and monitors and evaluates their activities

Requirements:

• Law degree from reputable university
• Experience in collection/remedial/HR industrial
• Fiveyears’experience in legal and litigation, including two as lawyer, preferably with multifinance
• Experience with law firm preferred
• Strong networkswith police, prosecutors and courts
• Good analytical skills
• Good personal communication skills
• Uses initiative
• Can work well independently or as part of a team
• Hard worker
• Willing to travel when required
• Fluent in English,both verbal and written
• Knowledgeable in MS Office application
