Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries
Ensure all elements of recruitment and selection activities are conducted effectively and promptly
Manage and administer the recruitment and selection process for all staff across the organization
Actively create relationships with external organizations and publish the organizations career opportunities

Requirements:

• Ideally (although not essential) majoring from Psychology
• Be able to demonstrate in depth understanding of recruitment and selection processes
• Experience of organizing recruitment events and campaigns will be an Advantage
