Due to the increased demand from clients, Appco Group Indonesia is looking for outgoing, motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work with our expanding company. We will provide intensive Training Program for our people to develop their communication skills and also raise their confidence level while they are dealing with customers everyday on face-to-face level.

Marketing Management Trainee

Responsibilities:
We teach and train our people skills that is needed in each phase in our company. Our Marketing Management Trainee program, consists of 3 phases:

1. Sales and Marketing Development
2. Training Development
3. Business Development

People who pass this program will be expected to lead and manage a team of 20 people and continue our expansion through all major cities in Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, at any field.
• Indonesia citizen
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
