Executive Secretary
Responsibilities:

• Assist the Plant Manager
• Reviewing and distributing all incoming and outgoing correspondences
• Drafting letters in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Filling documents
• Arrange internal/external meetings related to Plant Manager’s need
• Arrange business trip and accommodation including necessary travel documents
• Project progress update
• Follow up a variety of matters
• Other jobs instructed by employer

Requirements:

• Female with university degree in any kind of discipline – (Bachelor Degree – S1) preferable secretarial background
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent Computer Literate (MS Office, (Word, Excel, Power Point))
• Fast Leaner, Highly motivated, Strong interpersonal relationships
• Good analytical thinking and conceptual thinking
• Strategic, creative and practical
• Able to work under pressure, Hard Worker
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field is preferred.

Customer Marketing – Administration Support
Responsibilities:

• Data processing ( tracking, Compiling, summarizing report)
• Data analysis ( Distributor, market data nielsen )
• Build & Organize Point Of Sales Material ( POSM )especially for MTKA (Modern Trade Key Account)
• Coordination with related division. ( marketing, KAM, Supplier & Purchasing )
• Claim verification from Account.

Requirements:

• Male / Female with university degree in any kind of discipline – preferable Economic, Accounting, Management background
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the market, including competitors and consumers
• Executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Monitoring and arranging the distribution of promotional materials
• Monitoring and coordinating the production of promotional materials
• Overseeing and implementing product distribution
• Attending and organizing sales promotional events and exhibitions
• Coordinating with and reporting to managers to carry out campaigns
• Acting as liaisons between the media, suppliers, and clients

Requirements:

• Female/Male, Single, from reputable University – Bachelor Degree (S1)
