Bank of China Limited (BOC) is one of the big four state-owned commercial banks of the People's Republic of China. It was founded in 1912 by the Government of the Republic of China, to replace the Government Bank of Imperial China. It is the oldest bank in China. From its establishment until 1942, it issued banknotes on behalf of the Government of the Republic of China along with the "Big Four" banks of the period: the Central Bank of China, Farmers Bank of China and Bank of Communications. Although it initially functioned as the Chinese central bank, in 1948 the People's Bank of China replaced it in that role. Subsequently, BOC became a purely commercial bank.We are seeking competent and qualified person for the following positions:

BRANCH MANAGER (BM)
Position Requirements

• Minimum 7 years working experience in Foreign Banks as a Branch Deputy Manager/Manager
• Has managerial level experience in branch banking operations
• Has marketing experience, both funding and lending
• Has experience in implementation of commercial and corporate credit.
• Has relevant experience in handling working capital loan, project financing, trade finance, etc)
• Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin is preferable

HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT (HIA)
Position Requirements

• Minimum 5 years working experience as Head of Internal Audit in banking industry
• Has experience to lead and conduct audit of all banking activities (credit and operation)
• Familiar with Internal Control/ Audit analysis and BI report
• Has ability to lead a team
• Has a strong communication skill
• Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written), fluent in Mandarin is preferable

CREDIT REVIEWER (CR)
Position Requirements

• Local/ Overseas Graduate from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of scale 4.00)
• Major in Finance/ Accounting
• Minimum 7-years working experience in corporate banking and 5-years working experience as credit reviewer
• Strong analytical skill and broad knowledge on corporate credit, syndication loan, and trade finance
• Risk Management Certification Level 1 or higher
• Good interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (RM)
Position Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Foreign Banks as Account Officer/ Relationship Manager
• Demonstrate financial analysis knowledge and the ability to interpret all form of financial data including cash flow/forecasts with good credit risk assessment skill
• Has experience in implementation of commercial and corporate credit.
• Has relevant experience in handling working capital loan, project financing, trade finance, etc)
• Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written), fluent in Mandarin is preferable
• Willing to be placed in branch (Kelapa Gading, Pluit, Mangga Dua, Kuningan, Melawai)

DEPUTY HEAD OF LOAN ADMIN (DHLA)
Position Requirements

• Graduated from reputable university majoring in Law
• Min 5 years working experience in the same field
• Has experience in handling legal documents, syndication loan, contract draft, legal risk assessment, credit administration operation, BI reporting such as : LBU, LHBU and SID and providing legal advice
• Has ability to lead a team
• Has a strong communication skill
• Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
